Kota Kinabalu: Village Development and Security Committees (JPKKs) should identify the potentials in their respective villages that could be developed to provide more employment and economic opportunities for villagers.Making the call, Lumadan Assemblyman Ruslan Muharam said this is important, especially for the benefit of youths so that the migration to urban areas could be reduced.
