Kota Kinabalu: Ratepayers at Jalan Megah in Kolombong have urged City Hall to pull up its socks when it comes to enforcing the law in residential areas.The call came following what appears to be lack of follow-up action against an individual who had been issued a notice and compounded under the Kota Kinabalu Municipal Council (Anti-litter) By-laws 1984 on Feb. 19.
