Call to review poverty rate in Sabah
Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Federal Secretary, Datuk Dr Zulkapli Mohamed (pic), said the poverty rate in Sabah needs to be reviewed so as to ensure every assistance introduced by the Government can be channelled to those qualified.Apart from that, he said the Federal and State agencies also need to share the population data to make it easier to provide the assistance to the targeted group.

“Several development projects in Sabah also need to be given particular attention to ensure each development project is completed according to schedule so the people can benefit from it.
“Like the Papar District Hospital upgrading project which needs to be given serious attention considering health services is very important for the people particularly during this time,” he said during his courtesy call at the Sabah State Secretary Office here.
