I was against it, says Lajim
Our report on March 14, 2021.
Kota Kinabalu: Datuk Seri Lajim Ukin (pic) said he did not support a move by City Hall to replace Jalan Laiman Diki in Kg Air in early 2000 because he did not agree with the tampering of road signs connected to past leaders.

Lajim, who was then Local Government and Housing Minister, remembered being shocked when the son of the late Bajau-Sama leader OKK Laiman Diki informed him about the removal of the road sign bearing his late father’s name.
