KUNAK: The District Council has no say on who is eligible to be appointed as Village Development and Security Council (JPKK) chairpersons or village heads.District Officer Majaran Osman (pic) said the appointment is based on the support from Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) leaders.
