Kota Kinabalu: Sabah is in urgent need of investments for rebuilding its economy and replacing lost jobs as soon as possible and thus it is eager to collaborate with the private sector including foreign investors interested in investing in the State, said Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan.“When the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) took over the Government, we were given the task of restoring order and reforming our economy. We have seen how Sabah’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) dropped from 8.2 per cent to 0.5 per cent in two years.
