KENINGAU: The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) introduced for traditional drinks such as tapai or rice wine was introduced in Kampung Kiulu Baru in the Tulid constituency only for the villagers and without coercion.Village Head, Aibel Gimpin (pic), 48 said although the SOP was without discussion with the villagers, they agreed and there was no objection when the memo was distributed to them through the WhatsApp application.
