Kota Kinabalu: Budimas Charitable Foundation (BCF) is giving out scholarships for students in Keningau to study at Imperium International College (IIC), formerly known as HELP College of Arts and Technology.BCF is on a mission to provide guidance and funding for underprivileged children in Malaysia so as to enable them to enjoy equal opportunity for tertiary education.
