SANDAKAN: More than 20 empty lots at the ground floor of the Sandakan Municipal Council (MPS) Tower have been provided for young entrepreneurs and artists who are in need of a space to start their business.

The offer was a suggestion made by Tanjung Papat Assemblyman Datuk Frankie Poon
(pic) and was positively received by MPS, as it would only require aspiring entrepreneurs to pay minimal fees for maintenance and utility costs.
