Kota Kinabalu: Deputy Minister (Economy) in the Prime Minister Department, Datuk Arthur Joseph Kurup said Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin is aggressively reviving the Public-Private Sector Partnership or Ukas (Usaha Kerjasama Awam Swasta) to accelerate the development of East Malaysia so as to be on par with West Malaysia.“Our PM is reactivating Ukas very aggressively. We know if we wait for government funds, it could be a longer wait. He has asked us to look into PFI,” Arthur said on realising larger scale projects that have multiplier effects in the country.
