Kota Kinabalu: The budget for the organisation of the State Kaamatan Festival celebration this year may turn out to be higher than expected, said Deputy Chief Minister cum Agriculture and Fisheries Minister Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan.However, Jeffrey who is also State Kaamatan Festival main organising chairman said, nothing has been finalised yet.
