Kota Kinabalu: Papar MP Ahmad Hassan slammed the newly gazetted Emergency (Essential Powers) (Amendment) Ordinance 2021, as a betrayal of parliamentary democracy enshrined in the Constitution.He said the two new sections under ordinance, namely 10A and 10B, would give Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin (pic) the power to access national funds without proper check and balance.
