Kota Kinabalu: The tourism industry remains “unpredictable and fragile” as the Covid-19 pandemic is taking an extremely long time to end, causing tour and travel agencies to enter the hibernation mode while waiting for the situation to return to normal.Matta Sabah Chapter Chairman Lawrence Chin (pic) said the Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (Matta) was also not spared under these challenging times and movement restrictions.
