LABUAN: It’s confirmed – the island has added another abandoned project to its list.A RM50 million six-storey building with 34 service apartments plus penthouse and 95 rooms with a reception hall with cafe and rentable space that was to commence construction in March 2016 and completed by September 2018 is officially abandoned.
