Kota Kinabalu: Sabah’s women athletes smashed a total of 12 records on Tuesday at the ongoing National Youth weightlifting championship and SEA Games selection indoor tournament held in Jasin, Melaka.

Nelcy Tunik, who competed in both competitions, set six records in the 49kg category with her lift of 65kg in the snatch and 86kg in clean & jerk as well as her 151kg total.
