Kota Kinabalu: The Prevention of Crime Act (Poca) will be used against those involved in water and electricity thefts with immediate effect due to some RM100 million losses incurred by the State Government yearly.“Every year, Sabah incurs revenue loss of about RM30 million due to power theft, while water theft has resulted in losses between RM70 million and RM80 million a year,” said State Police Commissioner Datuk Hazani Ghazali (pic).
