Kuala Lumpur: Malaysia’s new Covid-19 cases remained above the 2,000 mark when 2,331 cases were reported in the last 24 hours, bringing the cumulative total so far to 372,859 cases.
The number of daily cases dropped from 2,551 cases yesterday.
According to Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah’s twitter post, Selangor led with the highest number today with 751 cases, followed by Sarawak (512) and Kuala Lumpur (252).
Kelantan recorded 225 cases; Sabah (163); Penang (116); Johor (100); Negeri Sembilan (89); Kedah (45); Perak (42); and Pahang (20).
Melaka registered nine new cases; Putrajaya (four); Labuan (two); and Perlis (one) and no new cases were reported in Terengganu in the last 24 hours.
