KUDAT: Twenty fishermen including a Vietnamese skipper were detained by the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) in waters off here, Thursday.Kudat Maritime Zone Director, Boon Chin Chau, said the detention was done by a team on Ops Pluto Timur and Ops Cegah Pati some 34 nautical miles from Tanjung Simpang Mengayau.
