Kota Kinabalu: The Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) State Government needs to formulate a clear policy, especially the jurisdiction for issuing licence to sell oil palm products, for plantation operators and oil palm smallholders in Sabah.

Sugut State Assemblyman, Datuk James Ratib (pic), said this is important in order to realise the aspirations of the Halatuju Sabah Maju Jaya (SMJ) 1.0: 2021-2025 plan which has set the agriculture sector as one of the three priority sectors and as the focus of economic growth.
