Plea to let these traders operate

Kota Kinabalu: Small-time traders who are selling local cakes and food items near their houses and within housing parks during the Holy Ramadan month should be allowed to operate by the local authorities.

Pertubuhan Permuafakatan Perpaduan Peranakan Suluk Bajau Negeri Sabah President Datuk Dr Muhammad Akjan Datu Ali Muhammad said these traders are not opening their stalls at night market, weekly market or Tamu which were directed to be temporarily closed by City Hall from April 17-30.
