Kota Kinabalu: A café cum entertainment outlet in Luyang was again caught, Wednesday, for operating illegally and flouting the standard operating procedures (SOPs).This is the third time the outlet is caught.
Barely a week ago, the same outlet was issued with 51 compounds by local authorities and enforcement teams in an integrated operation.
