SANDAKAN: Sandakan Member of Parliament Vivian Wong (pic) suggests the authorities here consider various factors such as traffic flow and the effectiveness of road inspections before conducting roadblocks (SJR) in the district.

“I understand that the Sandakan Police conducted two road inspections for 24 hours at Batu 5 on April 21 to check the movement of people and vehicles as well as to control traffic flow to ensure the people comply with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during the Movement Control Order (MCO) which is still being implemented.
