Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Law Society (SLS) is greatly encouraged by the stand taken by the State Government on various key issues.Its President Roger Chin (pic) said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor had recently stated his opposition to the “little Napoleons” within the civil service, which is a positive development, as excessive bureaucracy within the civil service has been a perennial problem in the State.
