KUDAT: The Marine Police Force (PPM) arrested a man and seized 1,000 packs of contraband cigarettes worth RM18,500 near Jalan Anggerik, here, Monday.Kudat PPM Commanding Officer, ASP Rizauddin Selamat said the team saw the suspect unloading several boxes into a Proton Saga in a suspicious manner at 9am while conducting Op Benteng Covid.
