Labuan smokers opt for cheaper brands

LABUAN: Non-availability of branded cigarettes is forcing smokers here to go for cheaper brands.

Duty-paid cigarettes are offered for sale by a Kota Kinabalu based distributor to cash-in on short supply of premium brand fags but there are no takers.
