Kota Kinabalu: The State Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) has begun implementing fire hazard elimination inspections before the festive season to prevent and eliminate fire hazards in premises that are the focus of the public.The programme was launched during a fire awareness campaign at the Kingfisher Shell station, Tuesday, which also saw 50 lucky individuals who pumped fuel at the station receiving goodie bags containing pamphlets on fire prevention and snacks, as well as dates for breaking fast.
