Kota Kinabalu: Clogged drains are a likely cause of flash floods along Jalan Sang Kancil in Karamunsing, here, of late, said Api Api Assemblywoman Datuk Christina Liew.The former Deputy Chief Minister said these drains are overgrown with vegetation hindering the outflow of excess rainwater and causing the deluge.
