Kota Kinabalu: The State Government is stepping up efforts to keep rabies out of Sabah, said Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey G Kitingan.This comes after the Sarawak Disaster Management Committee declared Lawas as a rabies-infected district on June 10 after the virus was discovered in stray dogs in Bazaar Lawas.
