Kota Kinabalu: The sea freight charges from China to Kota Kinabalu has increased by nearly 300 per cent on a year-to-year basis.

Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (Shareda) President Datuk Chua Soon Ping (pic) opined that this will dampen the developers’ effort to keep house prices down.
