Blue Communities includes Marudu, Pitas in festival

Kota Kinabalu: The second festival hosted by Blue Communities Malaysia has included two more districts apart from Kudat.

In a statement, Blue Communities, a research programme based in Universiti Malaya (UM), said the districts were Kota Marudu and Pitas.
