PENAMPANG: The State Government will channel RM9 million for Phase Three of the Sugud River Flood Mitigation Project, which it hopes to be completed within three years.Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan announced this during his visit to Sugud, here, Sunday.
