Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Forestry Department on Sunday refuted the accusation by Kota Kinabalu Member of Parliament Chan Foong Hin that the department swept under the carpet the complaints lodged by one Cheung Chau Seng.Chief Conservator of Forests, Datuk Frederick Kugan, said the case was never swept under the carpet as claimed but was investigated several times.
