Kota Kinabalu: Sabah will face a mammoth challenge in its bid to recover from the Covid-19 pandemic without tourists and foreign investors should the State’s borders continue to be closed to them, said Sabah Economic Advisory Council (SEAC) Chairman Tan Sri David Chu.“With the continued closure of the country’s borders, including Sabah, the process of recovery will be slow, no matter how much efforts the Government is putting in,” he said, Thursday.
