Kota Kinabalu: The judiciary must explore new ways to improve the delivery system and give meaning to access to justice, particularly in view of the uncertainty posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, said Chief Judge of Sabah and Sarawak (CJSS) Tan Sri Abang Iskandar Abang Hashim.
“The year will be more challenging as we struggle to keep the wheel of justice turning. No one can predict when things will return to normal, thus we have to be more innovative,” he said.
