Kota Kinabalu: The Constitutional Amendment of 2021 to Article 1(2) is more symbolic than substantial and will not be the magic wand to resolve many woes which need additional measures.This was the opinion of Emeritus Prof. Datuk Dr Shad Saleem Faruqi of the Faculty of Law, Universiti Malaya during a Wisdom Foundation webinar, titled “The 2021 Constitutional Amendment: MA63 and the Status of the Borneo States in Malaysia”, on Tuesday.
