Kota Kinabalu: The Federal Government’s effort to provide an annual allocation to appoint religious teachers and mosque staff is an approach to strengthening human capital in the State. Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Haji Noor said it is to ensure that human capital is always competent, innovative, resilient and with integrity.
