Found dead on electric pole
Tuaran: A man was found dead along Jalan Bunga Raya near Taman Eastern, near here, due to electrocution after climbing up an electric pole at 10.25am on Sunday.The victim was identified as Foh Soon Kong, 41, by Tawau Fire and Rescue Station Chief Julius John Stephen Jr.

Following a 10.32am distress contact via MERS 999, eight firemen and a team from the Emergency Medical Response Services were dispatched to the area.

They saw a man up an electric pole. The team brought the victim down using a ladder after power supply was disconnected by Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB).
