Kota Kinabalu: Sabah's daily Covid-19 case count remained above 400 after a spike to above that level yesterday according to an update.

Today saw 446 cases, 44 fewer than yesterday, said the update shared by Sabah's spokesman for the crisis, Datuk Masidi Manjun.

From today's number, 217 individuals or almost 49 percent were symptomatic screening cases.

"This is a significant and worrying number because it's harder to curb the spread of Covid-19 when the virus is spreading in the community," said the advisory.
