LABUAN: Labuan Chinese Chamber of Commerce chairman appealed to the Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim to allow foreign crew on ships/oil tankers to be quarantined in Labuan if any of them was found to be positive.Instead of diverting all the crew of the vessel to Kota Kinabalu as such action was not befitting the island’s image as an International Financial Centre as well as an oil and gas hub and an International seaport.
