Kota Kinabalu: The Federal Government needs two-thirds endorsement by the State Legislative Assembly before implementing the Parliament Act related to carbon trading in Sabah, according to Parti Warisan Sec-Gen. Datuk Loretto Padua.

“Among the protection mechanisms for Sabah are Articles 74 (2), 76 (3), 76A (2), 77FC, 88 (b), and 161E (2) (c) of the Federal Constitution,” he said.
