TAWAU: Sri Tanjong Assemblyman Justin Wong urged the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) government to convene a special State Assembly sitting to deliberate and promulgate the restoration of equal status following the amendments to the Federal Constitution in Parliament last year.

He said this when asked to comment on the Constitution of the State of Sarawak (Amendment) Bill 2022, which contains a clause to change the designation of “Chief Minister” to “Premier”, which was passed by the Sarawak State Legislative Assembly on Tuesday.
