Kota Kinabalu: From being an asthmatic child frequently visiting hospital to breaking 11 world freediving records – renowned Turkish diver Sahika Ercumen is testimony that anyone is capable of achieving anything if they set their mind to it.Her most recent world record was made last October when she completed a 100-metre dive without oxygen supply or diving fins in an impressive time of two minutes and 53 seconds, in Turkey’s southern province of Antalya.
