TAMBUNAN: Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan said it was time to create small towns to provide commercial services to nearby residents.

He said the proposed town area will provide facilities to several villages like Kampung Libang Ulu, Kampung Nukakatan, Kampung Pahu, Kampung Kumawanan and the surrounding areas.
