Kota Kinabalu: GRS welcomed new party Parti Kesejahteraan Demokratik Masyarakat's (Parti KDM) desire to join the ruling coalition, said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Hajiji Noor. 

"This is our goal, to achieve political stability in Sabah so that we can focus on developing the state," said Hajiji in a statement today.

Recently registered Parti KDM was formed by Datuk Peter Anthony after he left Warisan where he was Vice-President. 

Hajiji also reiterated the plan to register GRS to strengthen the cooperation between government-supporting parties.

He said this is the wish of GRS component parties.
