Kota Kinabalu: Nominated Assemblyman Datuk Yong Teck Lee plans to file a motion in the State Assembly to seek the return of the Federal Territory of Labuan to Sabah to ensure better control on the entry and exit of foreigners.“There are lawyers who say the issuance of citizenship (MyKad) is within the powers of the Federal Government. Therefore, the Federal Government may issue citizenship to anybody they want.
