Kota Kinabalu: Two Filipinos were sentenced to 15 months’ jail on Friday for escaping from the Immigration Detention Centre in Manggatal, last year.Most of the detainees were frustrated at the slow deportation process by the Filipino Embassy and Zamboanga authorities.
