RANAU: Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Dr Joachim Gunsalam officiated at the Native Custom Empowerment programme of Mukim Kaingaran under Kawiyan Zone in Ulu Sugut on Saturday with the launching of a native customs book.The programme that was held at Mini Dewan Kg Manikulau saw more than 60 people attending.
