SANDAKAN: A civil servant, who is also a former teacher of a secondary school here, was jailed seven years and ordered one stroke of the cane for molesting an underage girl in 2019.Sessions Court Judge Awang Kerisnada Awang Mahmud handed the sentence to Mohd Faiz Ismail, 33, who was found guilty of the offence and the prosecution also managed to prove a prima facie case against him.
