STATE Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun said Sandakan is not eligible to be upgraded to a city yet as it is subject to the Federal Government’s agreement.As such, Masidi said, he will table a law amendment at the State Assembly sitting tomorrow (Thursday) in an effort to decentralise powers that determine whether a town is eligible to be upgraded to a city.
