Kota Kinabalu: Luyang Assemblyman Phoong Jin Zhe wants the State Government to take proactive measures to address water supply shortages in the State.
“I recently read an article concerning the water supply issue at the Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park (KKIP).
A mineral water factory in KKIP had to buy water from outside and transport it to the factory by tankers.
